The Postcodes for our locations are as follows: BMI Campus : B3 3BS Several major roads lead into Birmingham City Centre. The M6/A38 (M) or M5/A46 arrive from the North. The best route from London is via the M40/M42/A45 or M1/M6/A38 (M). From the South West, the M5/A456 route is often the quickest. The College is also close to the A4540 Birmingham Central Ring Road. Alternative routes to the campus from the South and West include the A45 from the M42 Junction 6, the A441 from the M42 Junction 2, the A456 from the M5 Junction 3 and the A38 from the M5 Junction 4.
Car Parking :
Due to our city centre location car parking space is limited. There are no student car parking spaces on the campus. Paid car parking is available on Waterloo Street and nearby side streets. However, there are several NCP and Pay and Display car parks in close proximity to the College.

Birmingham New Street Station is the nearest main-line station to Birmingham College. A short, flat 5 minutes walk away through the main shopping areas of the city along New Street. The station has direct lines to most parts of the UK and many local services.

Coach services run frequently to Birmingham Central Coach Station from all major towns, cities and airports. There are frequent express coach services to Birmingham from London, Heathrow and Gatwick Airports, and many UK cities.

There are taxi ranks at New Street Station and throughout the city centre. The journey to the College takes about 5 minutes. Taxis (London-style black cabs seating 5) can be hired from the taxi rank at New Street Station and cost around £5 to the College.
Birmingham Airport
Several trains an hour run from Birmingham International direct to New Street Station and take less than 10 minutes. The train fare is approximately £5 - £7 depending on time of day.
Alternatively, the airport is approximately 20 minutes away by car or taxi. The taxi fare is approximately £15 - £25 depending on type of taxi.
